Margaret Sanders, MS, LPC-A
I’m a dedicated and compassionate counselor committed to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and genuine connection, where you can feel heard, seen, and supported without judgment.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices while also being tailored to each person’s unique experiences, goals, and strengths. While I have experience working with elderly adults, children, and families, I currently work mostly with women facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. Together, we explore patterns, build practical tools, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can show up as your authentic self. Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult time or looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and healing. I also understand how important spirituality can be in any person’s journey so if faith is part of your story, it is welcome here.
I invite you to reach out today for a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine how we might partner together as you seek out hope and healing.
